The Discovery School Board of Governors proudly serve as the advisers to our Head of School, create our policies and strategies, and work in partnership to consider enrollment, and financial policies. Many of our dedicated Board members have served many years, and have personal connections with the school as founders, alumni, or parents of alumni. Without their support and trust in the mission, vision, and values of Discovery, we would not be as strong of an entity as we are.
The board holds closed meetings 8 times each year. Parent concerns can be relayed to the Head of School, Mr. Simon, who will then address them to the Board of Governors or individual members as appropriate. Parent members to the board are invited each year as space is available to serve.
